- Exceptions: Certain products, such as perishable goods, personalized items, and clearance items, are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or damaged.
Refunds Process
- Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification confirming the status of your return. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds are granted, such as items not in their original condition, missing parts, or returns initiated beyond the 30-day return window.
- Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund within the expected time frame, first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact our customer service team for further assistance.
Exchanges
- Damaged or Defective Items: We only replace items if they are manufacturing defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email with proof of damage, and we will provide further instructions.
- Size/Style Exchanges: If you need to exchange an item for a different size or style, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired item.
Return Shipping
- Responsibility: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Shipping Label: To return your product, please contact our customer service to receive a return shipping label. You should mail your product to the address provided in the return instructions.
- Tracking: Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
